Unable to Search for All User Profile Information Fields when Using the WebCenter Spaces Global Search / Toolbar Search

Symptoms
Unable to search for user Profile Information using the Global Search in WebCenter Spaces.
- Unable to search for information form the Summary section in the User Profile.
- Able to search only for the Expertise information under the Employee section in the User Profile
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create 2 users:
testuser1
testuser2 - Login as testuser2 and set the profile with the following information:
Summary
Department: Consulting
Designation: Application Developer
Fill in other fields in the Summary section as desired.
Employee:
Employee Type: Developer
Preferred Language: English
Expertise: Java Programmer
Fill in other fields in the Employee section as desired. - Login as WebLogic user to WebCenter spaces.
- Go to the Administration Page.
- Navigate to:
Configuration -> Services - Select the "People Connections" Service.
- Select the Profile Tab.
- Set the Profile Access as follows:
- "Summary" Profile Section.
Who can view this section: Authenticated Users - "Employee" Profile Section.
Who can view this section: Authenticated Users - Click Apply.
- Login as testuser1.
- Use the global search box for searching users using the "Summary" Information in the User Profile.
For example:
Search for "Consulting" (set in the "Department" Field).
This search doesn't return results.
Search for "Application Developer" (set in the "Designation" Field).
This search doesn't return results. - Use the global search box for searching users using the "Employee" Information in the User Profile.
You will find that you can only search for the "Expertise" field.
For example,
Search for "Developer" (set in the "Employee Type" Field).
This search doesn't return results.
Search for "Java Programmer" (set in the "Expertise" Field).
This search returns testuser2 as expected
