Goal

In the 11g data source called CSDS (Content Server Data Source) that is used by UCM, there are three default Connection Pool properties that are set.  What is the purpose of these settings? 

user=DEV5_OCS
oracle.net.CONNECT_TIMEOUT=10000
sendStreamAsBlob=true
