Symptoms
CAN NOT COMPUTE EFFECTIVE WSDL FOR : PROXYSERVICE (LINUX).
Associating following OWSM policy oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy with WSDL based proxy service gives following exception.
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.bea.wli.config.component.NotFoundException:
Can not compute effective WSDL for : ProxyService XYZ/TestProxy. We will get similar error while trying to access WSDL associated with proxy service.

This issue happened after a move to Linux environment from windows. In windows this configuration was working fine.
