Goal

When adding new fields to a package template, the new fields in existing packages are stored as NULL in the database, and the value displayed through the client for the various field types is the following (regardless of the field's default value):

String = ""
Number = 0
Decimal = 0
Date = November 30, 1999
Boolean = False
