Symptoms

In WebLogic 10.3.4 domain with Admin Server and EM Fusion Middleware Control application when doing graceful shutdown of Admin Server, Admin Server shutdown hangs forever with below messages. In Weblogic 10.3.3 with EM console configuration we do not see this issue.

Error at the Admin Server log:
