11g PDF Conversions Fail When IBR is Started From a Service or Nodemanager (Object variable or With block variable not set) (Doc ID 1331898.1)

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.3.0 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2

Symptoms

The 11g Inbound Refinery is installed on Windows 2008 Server. The IBR Managed Server is started either as a service or via Nodemanager.

Started as such, files are not getting converted to PDF when using Office to do the conversions.

The IBR refinery trace returns various errors (here are the examples, but not limited to them)
