11g PDF Conversions Fail When IBR is Started From a Service or Nodemanager (Doc ID 1331898.1)

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.3.0 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2

Symptoms

The 11g Inbound Refinery is installed on Windows 2008 Server. The IBR Managed Server is started either as a service or via Nodemanager.

Started as such, files are not getting converted to PDF when using Office to do the conversions.

The IBR refinery trace returns the following error:

04.14 12:48:23.044 Job_37_producm81 dConvMessage = Step MSOfficeToPostscript forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: Unable to convert. Native application reported: 'Object variable or With block variable not set.'
