The objective of this document is to provide step by step instructions as well as examples showing how to troubleshoot issues related to the use of the purge scripts provided for Oracle SOA Suite11g.

         a.  Permissible Purge States
         b.  Purging of the following instance states is not supported:

         Purge Scripts Do Not Delete Spring Component Rows in Non production Environments
      4. Reclaim Space if Needed
      5. Remove Customizations
      6. Enable Debug Logging and Review Output

 Still Have Issues and Need to Log an SR?   Helpful Troubleshooting Steps - to be used when reporting issues to Support:
      1. Perform steps 1-8 below to debug issues with the purge procedures (review all before completing).
      2. Upload the following files for support.
      3. Provide details to support regarding the composite instance - which components are being used in this composite (ie... Mediator, B2B, BAM, Rules, BPEL, Workflow, HumanTasks...) - also, let us know what events have occurred in your DB or SOA environment recently which may be impacting the issue?
