UNABLE TO INSTALL DIP AND ODSM AFTER DEINSTALLING IT FROM THE SAME DOMAIN (Doc ID 1332397.1)

Symptoms

The IDM database was restored before the DIP/ODSM install was performed and the deinstallation wizard was run in order to deinstall the DIP/ODSM instance from the domain.   Then, the config.sh was run in order to attempt to create a new instance against this existing domain, but when the  "Configure Components" screen is shown the checkboxes to configure the instance for DIP and ODSM are missing.
