Importing Files Without Extensions Fails with csImportErrorForArchiveInCollection Exception (Doc ID 1333248.1)

Symptoms

Content items without file extensions are checked into Content Server.

Export this content using Archiver, and try to import it back in (optionally with a metadata field value changed).

The import fails with the following error :
