Symptoms
Distributed Capture clients receive the following error message when attempting to connect to the WebCapture.asp page:
Failed to Login
The following error occurred while attempting to login:
Error [Login failed].
Error Number 20047
Error Description: [The following error occurred during login].
Error Description: [20046]
Error Number: Error [Automation error
The network BIOS session limit was exceeded.] on line [12] Domain=[ADI]
UserID=<UID>The User Name and Password entered could not be validated. Please try again.]
The error is cleared up after the IIS Server is rebooted.
