Cannot Choose Which Profiles Are Displayed When Saving Folio (Doc ID 1334568.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Folio and clicking "Save", you are prompted to choose from several profiles. These may be "standard" UCM profiles, or Simple Profiles created via URM. It is not possible for an administrator to choose which profiles should appear in this list.
