Symptoms

Using OWB 11.2.0.2 with cumulative patch 10185523, the Repository Assistant Entire Repository import process hangs at 26% for several hours without a single entry or error to any of the log files.

Increasing the -Xmx heap size option in the reposinst.sh (.bat)  file to higher value does not fix the problem: it hangs at a later stage.
