The WWV_FLOW_HELP PACKAGE Status is Invalid After Installing Oracle Text (Doc ID 1335521.1)

Symptoms

After installing Oracle Text  the  WWV_FLOW_HELP package as follows :


SQL> alter package APEX_XXXXXX.WWV_FLOW_HELP compile;
SQL> alter package APEX_XXXXXX.WWV_FLOW_HELP compile body;

Where APEX_XXXXXX represents the schema for the current installation. E.g. APEX_030200 for APEX 3.2.x.


The package compile failed with the following errors:

280/9 PL/SQL: Statement ignored


The status of WWV_FLOW_HELP package is invalid. And this problem is also occurred in other version of APEX.
