11g Logging.Xml File on Remote OIM Nodes are being Replaced (Doc ID 1335539.1)

Symptoms

OIM is configured as a cluster with 3 servers for OIM and 1 managed node on each of these servers.
When OIM is rebooted, the logging.xml file is replaced by the default logging.xml on remote Nodes 2 and 3.
The logging.xml on the local server as the Admin Server is left with modifications as desired.

Need the modified logging.xml on each of the nodes to capture specific data that is not caught in default logging.xml.
