Batches in a 700 state are not process correctly by RTS.
- RTS starts by reading the project as shown in the statistics pane.
- No other step is taken, the process "hangs" at that point.
- There is no additional entry in the H log indicating the batch was started.
- Manually stopping the RTS will create an entry in the log indicating the stopping of the service and a socket error.
Patch p11813845_101350_Generic had been applied to the server.
