Symptoms
To be able to use a Weblogic Server domain with ADF required applications, this instruction have been followed.
After clicking "Apply JRF Template" in Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control and admin Server is restarted the Administration Console does not work as expected.
When accessing the administration console, it shows there are pending changes to be activated, but when you try to activate them you get the following exceptions in AdminServer.log (Same error seen in managed server logfile)
