Cannot Save Users Web Preferences in the IPM Web Client (Doc ID 1339631.1)

When attempting to save preferences for a user in the IPM Web client, a Javascript error with the following message is received:

"document.thisForm.txtName.length"

This can occur after upgrading to IPM 10.1.3.6 .
