Symptoms

When executing XPATH expression BPEL process using ora:parseEscapedXML fails with the following error:

Sending text with '&' to Ora:parseEscapedXML() function, leads the process to go to the Manual Recovery Queue with the error:

"Failed execution of function Ora:parseEscapedXML()"
