Security Warning on WebCaptureAdmin.html page Running Java 1.6.0_19-b04 or Greater Within Distributed Capture

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When connecting to the WebCaptureAdminWebCaptureAdmin.html page using the JVM (1.6.0_19-b04 or greater) on the Distributed Capture Admin page (WebCaptureAdminWebCaptureAdmin.html), a security warning is displayed when attempting to access the page. If you click Yes to the security warning, a stack trace is returned and you must reload the page to login. The error can be averted by clicking "No" to the security warning page. Block potentially unsafe components from being run? (recommended)
Clicking "No" gets past the issue, but clicking "Yes" will prevent you from continuing any further.
