WebCenter Portlet Application Fails Deployment on JDeveloper Embedded WLS - J2EE Deployment SPI:260080 (Doc ID 1342648.1)

Symptoms

The following is seen while deploying a portlet application onto the JDeveloper Integrated WLS:
