Symptoms
In Oracle Application Server 10.1.3, a J2EE application is not able to read JMS queue from EBusiness Suite middleware. The application uses OJMS to access AQ in an Oracle database. The error seen in the oc4j log is:
javax.naming.CommunicationException: javax.resource.ResourceException: oracle.oc4j.sql.DataSourceException: Could not get/create instance of ConnectionCacheManager. Exception: Connection Cache with this Cache Name already exists [Root exception is java.io.IOException: javax.resource.ResourceException: oracle.oc4j.sql.DataSourceException: Could not get/create instance of ConnectionCacheManager.
