Goal

Active Directory (AD) has been configured as an external LDAP provider in the Weblogic Domain. Login is possible to a WebCenter Portal: Space using the AD username and password.

Does the service account used to configure the AD provider need to see the 'Administrators' group and its member in Active Directory? Is it required for this to be in the Administrators group to allow it to work?
