SOA Adapter Error "JNDI Name is null or empty"

Symptoms
The following error is thrown when trying to start the MQ Adapter.

Changes
In the case of the DB Adapter, The initial testing of the jdbc - database connection was successful, but after created a Connection factory in console with JNDI and also the Plan.xml, the error was thrown while trying to activate the changes (clicking "Activate Changes" button):
