Running Webtier without Domain in Silent Mode returns error, "SEVERE:OUI-10093:The path you have specified is invalid" (Doc ID 1350174.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.2.0 version, iAS Installation

When installing in silent mode a Webtier that is not associated to a domain, it fails and the silentresponse<datetime>.log shows these errors:
