Bean Has Been Deleted Error During Deployment Manager Import of IT Resource Definition (Doc ID 1350733.1)

Attempting to import Deployment Manager XML file fails with error popup:

Nexaweb Platform - Internal Error
javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException:
javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.ejb.NoSuchEJBException: Bean has been
deleted. at org.apache.struts.chain.ComposableRequestProces

Following error is seen in the OIM managed server console output file:
