Unable to Close the 'Share Link' Window in IE

Symptoms
Within spaces, do the following:
1) Select browse spaces,
2) Right click on a space and select 'About' --> 'Share Link',
3) On the next window that pops up, click the 'X' in the upper right hand
corner of the window to close the window. It does not work. The window can't be closed.
