Symptoms

When opening Capture, the following error is received:

Error Loading Tool
Failed to load tool: IndexingTool.IndexMain.
Error Description: 'Z:\dev\FolderName\Indexing\Indexing.mdb' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

Changes

A new user has logged into the computer or has been added to Oracle WebCenter Capture.
