Is There a Way to Change an Imaging Application's Profile Trigger Field from "security group" to "type"?

Goal
When creating an Imaging application, Imaging already creates a security group for each application, and a trigger is placed in the WebCenter Content (WCC) option list. The trigger sets the security group to the profile. Imaging uses this to application link to the security group in WCC. When changing this field to "type", an error will occur when creating an application.
A repository error occurred.
Cannot create application. Unable to execute service method 'ipmConfigureApplicationProfiles'. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.
