Symptoms
If an OWB 11.2.0.2 mapping has a joiner operator defined such that one of the joining keys is derived using a CASE expression similar to
then the code generated for the mapping contains inner join even though outer join is specified in the joiner operator.
This is the case only when the ANSI SQL Syntax option for the mapping set to 'true'.
