Capture Import Server Fails to Import Email Message and Error "The attachment [MESSAGE] was determined to be invalid" Occurs

When attempting to import an email message body using the Import Server Email provider batch job, the following error is presented in the Import Server log file:
89253: 05/19/11 10:40:20 1137 File is being processed through the Oracle Document Capture printer.
89254: 05/19/11 10:43:31 1316 ***Error***Maximum time between pages exceeded.
89255: 05/19/11 10:43:31 5139 The attachment [MESSAGE] was determined to be invalid.
89256: 05/19/11 10:43:31 1116 No pages were added to the new batch. This batch will be removed.
89257: 05/19/11 10:43:31 5218 Message was not imported.
