Oracle HTTP Server Start Fails With Error "No SSL Wallet [hint: SSLWallet]" When Configure Port 443 To Use HTTP Protocol (Doc ID 1356648.1)

Symptoms

The aim is to configure the default HTTPS port 443 to serve requests over HTTP

When port 443 is configured as an HTTP port the Oracle HTTP Server fails to start via OPMN displaying the following errors:


b) Restart HTTP_Server using:

INSTANCE_HOME/bin/opmnctl stopproc ias-component=ohs1
INSTANCE_HOME/bin/opmnctl startproc ias-component=ohs1
