Symptoms
On a SPARC-64 Inbound Refinery, when attempting to convert .xlsx files using direct PDF export and then creating a thumbnail, the conversion fails and the following error occurs.
ERROR:
Step PDFExport forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: EX_CALLBACK_ID_PAGECOUNT: The File had 2 pages. EXRunExport() failed: unknown error (0x0012)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the Content Server to send .xlsx files to the Inbound Refinery for conversion using directPDFExport.
2. Check-in a .xlsx file to the Content Server.
