Ses Search Does Not Work in Webcenter with AND OR Operators (Doc ID 1358062.1)

After configuring SES with WebCenter search, trying to search with and and or operator in webcenter global  search fails to search the condition.

Below are steps to reproduce the issue at will:

1) In webcenter environment which is integrated with SES, search for 2 strings with AND - & or OR - | operator, like "pramod | BOM" it showing only one result.

2) Whereas, while searching directly in Oracle SES GUI it gives correct result with respect to AND and OR operator.
