Ant script for Enabling Process Spaces in Webcenter Domain Fails with "WLSTException: Error cding to the MBean" "BUILD FAILED" (Doc ID 1358388.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, in an environment where WebCenter Portal and BPM are in separate domains, attempting to run ant -f install.xml when integrating WCP and BPM throws the following error:
