Metadata Field Value Not Getting Set on a Folder Through a Global Rule Using a Derived Value (Doc ID 1359056.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to use a Derived Value in a Global Rule to assign the value from a custom metadata field to some other metadata field when creating a new Folder.  This is not working when creating a new Folder, although it does work as expected when checking in new content.
