500 Internal Server Error Raised Or HTTP-400 Bad Request Displayed When Login to Oracle Portal 11g Home Page (Doc ID 1359712.1)

Symptoms

After installing a second portal  (software, domain and Oracle Application Server instances) on server, Login to the second Portal 11g instance  reports:

"HTTP-500 Internal Server Error" .

This issue can occur after installing a second Weblogic Server with OHS containing Weblogic Plugin. i.e. any other product as well  e.g. OBIEE install

 

 

Changes

A second Portal 11g has been installed on this server or any other Oracle product containing a Weblogic Server with OHS including Weblogic Plugin.
