Symptoms

FMW Installed (Reports\Forms, OBIEE etc…) on Windows 2008.

Just Admin / Installer account is able to start WLS Servers.

But any other Administrator who logs into that Machine cannot start any servers.

Though the user is in the same DOMAIN users group (windows level), the other users in that group cannot start the servers, but as soon as the installer (person who installed the FMW) logs in, he can start the servers.

Exception, from WLS Admin Server logs (e.g. <DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/)
