404 Error When Attempting to Open a UCM Attachment from the Siebel Application (Doc ID 1361033.1)

When attempting to open a UCM attachment from the Siebel application, a 404 error is displayed.

UCM content items are opening fine from the Info tab in the Siebel application, but not from the Attachments tab.
