Cannot Add an Item to a Folder in Desktop Integration Suite (Doc ID 1362170.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to drag and drop a document into a particular webdav folder within Oracle Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) it returns the error "An error occurred while attempting to create the content item <Content Name>" This is only happening with a single folder, all other folder accept new documents. Also, the Content Server log entry states "Invalid metadata for <CONTENT ID>. Too many items".
