Goal

When installing Tuxedo 10.3 (32-Bit) on Windows 2008 R2 Server (64-Bit) with Visual Studio 2008, installer detects that Tuxedo is already installed although it is not installed.

Installer name: tuxedo10gR3_32_win_2k8_x86_VS2008.exe

Note: If this message is ignored and the installation proceeds, installer may prompt that the value of TUXDIR is not set.
