Oracle Iplanet Web Server Errors Log Displays Incorrect Time on AIX 6.1 (Doc ID 1363406.1)

Symptoms

The Web Server "errors" log is showing incorrect time.

The Web Server is located in CEST (Central European Summer Time) but the "errors" log is showing entries in GMT (UTC).

The issue can occur for any non GMT timezone.
