Information in this document applies to any platform.
Items stuck in WIP in the Job status queue and are not being processed by the Inbound Refinery. The items process upon a restart of Inbound Refinery Server.
Logging on the Inbound Refinery shows that the same document is being processed over and over by the Inbound Refinery.
