Goal

A PLSQL application that uses the CGI environment variable HTTP_ORACLE_ECID has been migrated from Oracle Application Server 10g to Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g.  Errors are seen in the application as the HTTP_ORACLE_ECID variable does not appear to be populated. This begs the question if the the HTTP_ORACLE_ECID CGI variable is still available in Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g?
