Cannot Start Newly Installed Web Center Admin Server Due to Heap Issue (Doc ID 1365434.1)

Symptoms

On a HP platform server Fusion MiddleWare was installed with SOA and Webcenter (WC). Each product on its own domain.

SOA Domain starts correctly, but WC domains fails with the following message:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Could not create the Java virtual machine.
