Symptoms

Using 11.1.1.4 WebCenter Content (formerly UCM) instance. Webcenter added to the environment which uses the HTML renditions of documents for display.  Attempting to preview the HTML version of a document, the following error is seen:

  The WCC log has the same error as listed in the note, and the fix in this note fixes the problem.
