Symptoms

With the 'minimal' Records Management (RM) settings on a Universal Content Management (UCM) instance, the 'vital' flag is available on retention schedule creation, but it cannot be edited because there is no 'Edit Review' menu. The 'vital' flag is a DoD classification specific field.
