Escaping COMMA in the RDN of an OID Entry - Invalid DN Syntax - Cannot Bootstrap (Doc ID 1366103.1)

Symptoms

Symptom #1 -  Cannot bootstrap entries when user stored as "cn=lastname, firstname".  Getting error:  "Invalid DN Syntax"

Symptom #2 -  Cannot delete an entry with an escaped comma:

ldapdelete -h <OID_HOSTNAME> -p 3060 -D cn=orcladmin -w <PASSWORD> cn=<LASTNAME,FIRSTNAME>,cn=users,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com
