Are the Processes CTX_DDL.SYNC_INDEX and CTX_DDL.OPTIMIZE_INDEX Part of WebCenter Content (WCC)? (Doc ID 1367063.1)

Goal

When running OracleTextSearch as a search engine, it was found that the CTX_DDL.SYNC_INDEX and CTX_DDL.OPTIMIZE_INDEX processes were run.  Are these processes part of the WebCenter Content Server, and if so, are they started automatically or when a fast rebuilt or full rebuild started via the Admin tool?
