Content not Released from Workflow is Still Visible to Users (Doc ID 1369537.1)

Symptoms

When a content item is part of workflow it is not searchable but when the content item is in a workflow and inside a contribution folder users can browse and open the content item even if it is not yet approved in workflow.

One would expect documents shouldn'™t be visible to any user if the document is still in a workflow process and unapproved.


Is this how UCM is supposed to behave? Can it be configured to not allow this ?
