Symptoms

Using Content Server 11.1.1.4 on Linux

After upgrading Content Server 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.4, when trying to launch an applet from the Admin Applets page, following error gets displayed:

apUnableToStartApplication(configMan) apFailedToInitialize
syFailedToReceiveResponseWithProtocolData HTTP error response code:302


UCM is installed behind a Fusion Middleware 11g Web Tier. 
End users access the Web Tier over HTTPS.  SSL termination is configured on the Web Tier.
